As an MBA graduate, a personnel manager can earn around Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month in the beginning in the private sector. However, in the public sector, the pay scale is comparatively lower than that of the private sector. The pay package depends entirely upon the qualifications, ability, and experience of the person concerned. At senior level, an MBA graduate, with human resources as specialization, can expect anywhere between Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 60,000 as monthly income.
